We enjoy living in Randolph County and its landscape. It occured to us that there should be a way to see the size and beauty of our county and so we have started placing caches at or near the boundary lines. As always, please be respectful of property and return the caches as found. Thanks.
This is located on the Callicut/Randall Hurley Road, still in the Uwharrie National Forest. This is a quick pulloff at the sign. There is an abandonded driveway just south of this cache. Potential nosy neighbor and barking dog just up the road, so stealth may be necessary.You know where to look for this one. If the log becomes wet, please replace and let me know. Thanks.
