To begin stand at the given coords and place a flashlight near your temple. Keep the beam of the light pointing in the direction of your view and the Cache should become evident as you scan 360 degrees. It is about 7 feet up and can be seen only from the Beginning Point (BP). This will work in daylight but is much easier in dim light and at night.
