Hey all you Cachers out there ..... the cold days of winter are behind us now so come out to the Jamestown Audubon Center and Sanctuary to hang out with your caching friends and enjoy the warmer weather!
The Audubon Society has been gracious enough to allow geocachers free access to their building during the event so it is the perfect time to come and check out all of their great displays.
The event will begin at 10:00 and end at noon. This will give everyone time to find some temporary caches we will have hidden and meet back at the posted coords for a few door prizes and still have plenty of time left in the day to go geocaching!
The temporary caches will hold the coordinates to a permanent cache hidden off the grounds that will not be published until after the event. For your caching enjoyment, we are also planning to hide several new permanent caches near the event but not on the grounds of the Audubon.
There are already many permanent caches hidden at the Audubon that you can find while at the event - if you haven't already found them. So grab your caching buddies and join us for a fun morning!
