Droid 4 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

OReviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time or has had no owner response for at least 30 days, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

This geocache is sure to "be a ball." There's plenty of parking on Fells Road. It's hidden in the Roseland recreational park. When there are games going on, there are tons of Muggles around, but when there aren't, it's a quick grab-n-go! Enjoy the park - it's really cool because there are a ton of different athletic fields. If there are no games going on, you can bring your own equipment and enjoy a game of your own! Park near the church. Walk towards the yellow foul pole on the first base line to enter the woods. Walk up the slight hill and look at the hint if you want a further clue. Please rehide the cache how you found it. Good luck! I am hiding this as a project for my eighth grade science class.  Our goal is to teach our fellow geocachers about environmental topics.  Today I'm going to talk to you about recycling paper.  Many people are unaware of how much paper recycling can help the environment.  It is proven that if everyone recycled their unwanted paper each year, the average person would save about 50 trees from being cut down.  I chose this topic because I believe many geocachers are unaware of how helpful they could be to the environment.  If everyone just recycled their paper, the environment would be a lot better and we could put more oxygen into the air.  Also, people don't realize that there are many generations ahead of us and if we don't change our ways, the environment won't be very appealing for them.  When people cut down trees, they are destroying the homes of many different animals.  In fact, some animals have become extinct because of their homes being destroyed (habitat destruction).  However, many governments are helping to protect forests by reforestation, which is the planting of trees after other trees have been cut down.  In conclusion, I strongly advise you to recycle your paper - maybe even some that you find while geocaching today.
