Teynham 10 Puzzle 14 Mystery Cache

Here continues the puzzles with the last leg of puzzles that will create the Teynham "10"

The cache is not at the above coords, you will need to solve the below puzzle to find the coords for this cache. Good luck

When you reach the location of this cache you will find nearby the water pump mentioned in this puzzle. 

You will need a number off of it to find #15 the last in this series.

The Teynham 10 is a walk of 5 miles and should take around 2-3 hours depending on find speed. Number 13 should be given the maximum level of stealth and is the meanest seeing as it's no 13!
