Yes this is Santa riding on an Elephant in the Mall.
It was the 1st year the Mall was opened and the Circus was in town. Santa was to make his appearance at the mall to ask if you have been naughty or nice, and pictures. But Santa had a problem. The reindeer could not be found so early in the season. So the circus helped Santa out for a very different kind of entrance.

To find this one start in the parking lot.
1. Follow the path, it starts right there, you will see it.
2. There is a tree by the stream, you can walk right off the path to it. Check the way Point Gnarly and start there if you must.
3. If you look onto the path, you will see a sign along the path. Or you can start here and walk to the gnarly tree
4. Gnarly tree at the end of the rocks, kind of lined up with the hawks is a rock that looks like raw meat
5. next to this rock, raw meat as my boy said, or maybe just the color with a red stripe is a fake rock
6. Under the fake rock you will find both stamp and log.
