Geocache Description:

Please keep dogs on lead and use poop bins provided all along the way. Take great care not to venture out over the sands at low tide as many visitors have become trapped.

Cache is a micro, bring a pencil please.

This stretch of the beach is parallel to the Old Course golf.

Golf has been played on the Links at St Andrews since around AD 1400 and the Old Course is renowned throughout the world as the "home of golf". There are six 18-hole courses and one nine-hole course in St Andrews. The one nearest here is the Jubilee course.
The Old Course (Par 72) is the one just 50 meters from the Jubilee. The Old has played host to the greatest golfers in the world and many of golf's most dramatic moments including the Open and the Dunhill Cup. The course is 6,566 yards long from the medal tees.
