This is a multi-cache meant to honor the Sage brothers who were Naval heroes that grew up in Niobrara, Nebraska.
The posted coordinates will take you to the first stage of this multi cache. You will arrive at a historical marker that tells the story of the Sage brothers. Find answers to the following questions:
- Find the ages of the brothers and add these numbers together. To the sum of their ages, add the number of brothers plus 100 to get the decimal portion of the north coordinates.
- Find the date in which the disaster occurred. Record this information in the manner shown here (i.e. MM/DD/YY). Solve for MM + DD + YY + (the number of brothers) + 100. This is the decimal portion of the West coordinates.
