I have permission from Cross Creek Police. They are aware of this after talking with the state patrol first. The patrol said that it was not their area but we could use their PL if desired. Next up, Wintersville police got told the same thing. However, they gave me who to contact and it was the Cross Creek Police's area. and the diamond Is red and the cache is below that.
