Sas-kő is a 898 m high peak in the Mátra mountain, placed along the famous 'Countrywide Blue Tour in Hungary' trail. At the peak you will be rewarded with a scenic view towards Parád, Parádfürdő and Recsk in the northern direction. On the top stands the memorial of the tourists fallen in the World War I. If you follow the path down to a smaller rock formation you will get a view to the southern side, towards the Mátra Hőerőmű (power plant). The cache is easier to access from this southern rock formation.
A Kéktúra útvonalán található Sas-kő egy 898 m magas mátrai csúcs. A tetőről gyönyörű kilátás nyílik északra Parád, Parádfürdő és Recsk irányába. Itt található az első világháborúban elesett turisták tiszteletére állított emlékmű. Az úton továbbhaladva, a déli oldalon leereszkedve egy kisebb sziklacsoportról kilátás nyílik délre, a Mátrai Hőerőmű irányába is. A láda innen könnyen megközelíthető.
