This cache has nothing to do with the famous scientist. Well, it does but indirectly. My dog is named after Charles Darwin. We wanted a smart dog so we named him after a smart man. This cache is on one of Darwin’s favorite walks. He rushes along our route to get to this particular spot, which is in a small park with lots of grass and a playground. The cache container might remind you of his namesake.
While you are looking for this cache, you might also stop to contemplate the names of the streets in this area. They are all named after famous – or infamous – people who shared little with Charles Darwin other than their association with long travels.
