Cache is not at the posted coords.  If you need some inspiration as to how to solve this, you might go here. Drive by just to the west of the posted coords, down Main Street, is all you need to do. You don't even have to get out.

Had you decided to visit the spot, you could take away the N and insert Ch, becoming privy to an inside joke my friends and I have.  Be sure to say hi to Make and Jandy while you are at it.

Sometimes geocaching is public, and sometimes it is private.  For me it is usually a more private type thing, but to each his own.  Maybe you can sit in private and solve this one, or maybe you need to make it public.  Either way, solve the puzzle below to find the coords.  Good luck.
