Geocache Description:

This is a very easy two stage multi-cache. An odd location considering there is a boat stuck inside one of the houses near here. These caches do not take you close to the houses but feel free to look around as they are abandoned. Happy caching :)

Stage one is located near the street and is easy to find. Second stage is close by and has room for small trinkets and TB's.
