The two BFFs of the title, Doug and Cee, come from families that have been in this area for hundreds of years. They’ve been neighbors since ‘forever’, and have grown closer as the years have flown by.
You’ll find Doug and Cee standing at the edge of a main trail in the park, and I expect you’ll recognize them soon after spotting the wedded pair.
GPS can be a little iffy under the canopy. Posted coordinates are averaged from readings on four separate occasions. Cache is less than three steps from the trail.
The cache container is a camo-taped plastic bottle with a push and turn lid. Room for the log and some tiny treasures, but not for a writing stick.
