We enjoy living in Randolph County and its landscape. It occured to us that there should be a way to see the size and beauty of our county and so we have started placing caches at or near the boundary lines. As always, please be respectful of property and return the caches as found. Thanks.
North Chapel Hill Church Road is paved at this point, so the driving is smooth. You will finally get to see the chapel near here. One of the side roads out here is Wilkes Snyder Road. This is another unpaved gravel road, but easily negotiated. It connects to Volunteer Rescue Road. We were so surprised to find a Boundary Marker out here. A small test tube marks the spot. Have fun and take some time to enjoy the area.
