La cache se trouve en dehors du site payant, sur le flanc qui borde la route d'accès principale. Pour y accéder, prendre la direction du Marin et au 1er rond-point avant le bourg, tourner à gauche et prendre l'accès qui est indiqué ( voir waypoints ci-dessous )
LE SITE :
Sur les hauteurs du Morne Gommier un panorama magnifique avec vue imprenable à 360 degrés vous permet d’admirer la ville du Marin et son port de plaisance, la côte Atlantique, ses Caps, les brisants du Macabou, Sainte Anne, la pointe des Salines, Sainte-Lucie, le Rocher du Diamant et la fameuse Dame Couchée du Morne Larcher, les pitons du Carbet, la Montagne Pelée, la Montagne du Vauclin, les dépendances de Saint-Esprit, le Morne Sulpice ainsi que le volcan Crève-Cœur.
Pour mieux apprécier la vue, des longues-vues sont mises à disposition du public. Vous trouverez également sur place une boutique où vous pourrez acheter des souvenirs et déguster des produits locaux. L'accès sur ce site est payant, mais juste à sa gauche vous avez un autre point de vue non payant
LA CACHE :
Une fois que vous avez stationné sur le petit parking ou au bord de la route, la cache de petite taille est placée au niveau du mur bordant la route. Apportez donc votre crayon (BYOP) et faites preuve d'une grande discrétion car les lieux sont assez fréquentés.

The cache is placed outside the paying site, at the border of the main access road. To get there, take the direction to the Marin and at the 1st traffic circle before the Marin village, turn left and take the indicated access to the panoramic view (see waypoints below).
THE SITE :
On the heights of Morne Gommier a magnificent panorama with a fantastic view at 360 degrees allows you to admire the city of Marin and its marina, the Atlantic Coast, its Courses , the brisants of Macabou, Sainte Anne, the point of Salines, Saint Lucia, the Rock of the Diamond and the famous Dame Couchée of the Morne Larcher, the Pitons of Carbet, the Montagne Pelée, the Mountain of Vauclin, Saint Esprit dependences, Morne Sulpice as well as volcano Heartbreak.
To better appreciate the view, telescopes are put at the disposal of the public. You will find also on the spot a shop where you can buy souvenirs and taste local products. There is a fee to access the inner site, but there is another spot with a panoramic view which is free on your left.
THE CACHE :
When you have parked on the small parking lot or by the roadside. The small-sized cache is placed on the wall of roadside. Please bring your own pen (BYOP) and use extreme stealth as the area can be crowded.
