Copou Park says the story of two beautiful and bohemian love and friendship relationships linked to Romanian's national poet, Mihai Eminescu. His lover, Veronica Micle, also a poet, but married to another man, died in the same year as he did, of broken heart. Mihai Eminescu's friend, Ion Creanga, a great story teller, also dies in the same year as the two, 1898. They are joined in the Copou Park in a triangle made of their sculptures. Nearby, a museum dedicated to the poet has 2 towers, of love and friendship.
