Who am I ? #5 Mystery Cache

This is a micro cache hidden in a spot that is connected to the man the cache is dedicated to.

About the cache

I decided to start a new cache series titled "Who am I?" to find the cache you need to identify the person (man or woman) the cache is dedicated to and his date of birth which is ABCD and his date of death EFGH. The cache will lead you to a street with his or her name.

Here are the clues:

1. I was born in The Russian empire but sometime after my father died I decided to move to Israel, that was in 1909.

2. I was one of the founders of the "Histadrut" (הסתדרות) which is the worker union in Israel. But I was also involved in founding of other establishments like a "Clalit Health Service" (קופ"ח כללית), "Solel Boneh" (סולל בונה), book publisher, a newspaper and  even a Bank.

3. I published many articles and books (some where even translated to other languages)

4. I was buried in Kibbutz Kvutzat Kinert (קיבוץ קבוצת כינרת) before my 60^th birthday
