After I kept it for long-long time hidden inside the Parking sign, finally I decided to find a better place. Still on the middle of the Harbor, but with better chances to handle the Cache without being seen by the Mugglers. Actually The Cache is now hidden in plain view. It might be an Evil one, but I am sure you already seen it before somewhere else.
You are looking for a strong Magnetic cache - the difficulty of this one stay in Muggler's activity, especially during Summer. Please pay attention when you retrieve the box / when you fix it back, so other GeoCachers will enjoy this experience.
