is a underling of Freeza and looks like a dodorian. He/she has been ordered to help Freeza kill everyone while searching for the Dragon Balls. Your mission is to find this alien hidden on the coastal rocks on Hamahiga Island. You will need to climb over a few hundred meters of coral rocks which could be very dangerous if you fall. Highly recommended to do during low tide and during daylight hours. If you destroy him you can get a puzzle piece to find a Dragon Ball.
