Will you see Moose in Herber Down, probably not. You will possibly spot deer if you are lucky and lots of animal tracks in the winter but you have to travel farther north to see Moose. Unless of course you happen to be lucky enough to geocache with a moose, specifically canmoose.
I have been lucky enough to join up with canmoose as part of the Ususal Suspect from Durham, and we have enjoyed many group caching trips, on water and on land, even in the air suspended over the land from a slim tree branch many feet off the ground.
