This cache meets the 528' rule, or the 0.1 mile rule. At the time of it's placement, there were 2 caches 0.3, or in the neighborhood of ~1600 feet, away from this spot. It should be a quick hop out of your car, down a very small embankment, and to a pine tree. It will be like finding a pill bottle in a pine needle stack. Exactly like it. 
It is best to turn at the traffic light and park in the small lot for Cadence Place. I wouldn't park at the apartment complex.
