Nano Incognito is the sequel to Nano in a Parking Lot(GC4J6R2), and if you enjoyed that one, then I think you will like this one too, especially as you don't have to get down on your hands and knees. 
The cache is located near the parking lot of the Long Beach Mall, which makes for easy access. The cache container is a bit fragile, so please handle it carefully! If it gets damaged then let me know, as I have a spare container.
