Geocache Description:

. Come join us on Saturday, 5 April 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Giant Marketplace Café located in the Jennersville Shops, 849 W. Baltimore Pike, West Grove, PA 19390. This location is fully accessible. Anyone that logs an "Attended" at any of the registered events will earn a "Maker Madness" souvenir.

. From 28 March to 7 April, geocachers around the world will join together to celebrate those people in their community who make geocaching possible. We call this celebration "Maker Madness"
. Finding a great geocache can make for an awe-inspiring adventure. Those adventures do not magically appear on their own. They are concocted inside the brilliant mind of a Geocache Maker. This crazy thing we call geocaching would simply not exist without the people that channel their creativity and innovative spirit into making great experiences for others.
. Also, we hope to launch an informal group in Southern Chester County similar to L.O.S.T. in Lancaster County. To begin the group, there should be no dues, not much organizational structure and no restricting rules. All notification will be through Bcc emails. As the group matures, we can host informal events at food venues, create common geocaches and help those new to the hobby. Everything is flexible and only subject to the wishes of the "members". If interested, sign up at the event. BTW, the working name for this group is Southern Chester County Association of Geocachers (S.C.C.A.G.). Even that name can be changed at the wishes of the majority.
. Congratulations to our neighbor below the border. Mike Ott has been selected as the January Geocacher of the Month. Hope that he will join us!
