Reminiscing Bubbly Buddies Mystery Cache

So once upon a time there was a get together of fellow cachers that took place. This get together was known as Bubbly buddies. This event took place for many months. It was started by The Ninja Crew and then later taken over by five other cachers in the Niagara region. It was always held at the same location, and many good times came about.

This cache is not at the posted Co-ordinates, but could be a good place to park to retrieve the cache. On to the puzzle. N 43 and W 79 are assumed.
