I have created this replacement to give new cachers an introduction to the type, and experienced ones a QEF at a known location to help with streaks and challenges. Most times this is a fairly quiet location but the act of retrieving the cache might draw attention anyway. Please BYOP and re-hide in exactly the same manner you found the cache in order to avoid notice from muggles and maintenance persons. IT IS NOT INSIDE THE POLE - DO NOT touch anything sharp or electrified!
