Frankie's First Cache (The Pound) Traditional Cache

Our first series of caches that will take you around Askerswell to celebrate the wedding of Andrew and Katherine and the birth of Frankie who attended the wedding in St Michael's and All Angels Church at the age of 6 days in August 2013.

Parking is available at each cache or it can be done as a circular walk taking about an hour (turning the car around at one or two caches may be a challenge).

Large trees near the church caused havoc with my first attempt to place a cache here and mice had started to nibble the container so I have now moved it further down the road to The Pound, a place where stray animals would have been kept until their owners paid to have them released.

The village is a quiet place and there is a pub not too far away if refreshment is required.

The cache is a clip lock box but you will need to bring your own pen as it is quite small.
