Geocache Description:

Welcome to Falconer Field

This is the start of a series of caches around Treeton Dyke.

In the past numerous caches have come and gone and it's time some new were hidden to show how peaceful the wander around the dyke can be.

The first of a series of caches is of WW1 theme as this year in the centenary of the start of the great war and I hope that quiet a walk will bring reflection on the men who paid the ultimate sacrifice far away from home.

The fields of France and Germany are known for the brutality of war and the loss of lives not only by the British but also the German soldiers who fought a war believing the right cause was the one they were fighting for.

you're looking for a Bison tube but please only sign your initials and date due to the log size.

Please replace where found as moving it makes things harder for everyone
