Cache can be found close to the 'Centre of Britain' in the market town of Haltwhistle.
Haltwhistle is claimed to be at the geographic centre of Britain - equidistant from the sea when measured from the principal points of the compass. Popular with tourists as it is ideally situated for visiting the Roman Wall, many of whom can be spotted taking pictures of the Centre of Britain signpost in the market square. Please be careful to replace cache as found. No room for swaps or pencil, so BYO...

14/06/14 UPDATE...Cache location & Co-ordinates slightly changed to N 54° 58.226 W 002° 27.542 as original cache disappeared twice. Cache container is a nano.
