The old Mandate has been revised. This cache does fulfill the new Mandate of 2014 to fill the Oxford-Brookville-Connersville-Richmond quadrilateral with quality caches for the world to enjoy.
There are two approaches to this plucky medium, and the terrain will vary a bit depending on what you choose. We have listed the terrain for the most difficult approach. The road/trail you see below Ground Zero was the primary entry way to Oxford from the east back in the horse and buggy days. What a grand ride in that must have been. The red tile roof building is from the early 20th century and is called Cook Place, where a bunch of Mr. Crunchy's boss-types labor. The cache is a swag-packed medium with a few special pins(the good kind) and a mess of TBs. Please replace as you find this or else this one will be muggled forthwith. As far as parking is concerned.....bueno suerte.
Congrats MLZH for the FTF!
