Even though this area has been carpet bombed by WarEagle and 6PackAttack I saw a spot that so demanded a cache I had to add my own (and my very first one at that). So, inspired by a Jimmy Buffett song, I humbly add this cache to the King's Point area. This is an area I have been known to sit and eat lunch on a pretty spring or fall day and watch the waters of the Yazoo pass by. Hopefully other cachers will find it as peaceful as I do. Take a ride on the ferry, I enjoy that also.
This place can be hard to get to during high water events. If above 35 or so on the Vicksburg gauge I wouldn't plan on making the trip. And since my pickup is two wheel drive it will probably have to be below that for a month or so before I will go out and check on it.
