Getting Soup No More Traditional Cache

Decided to drop a cache while waiting for my wife who was picking up some soup from one of her favorite stops.  The area was pretty empty at the time of placement and may be difficult at certain times of the day.

Stealth is required to retreive this cache.  May be missed at first but look closely and you will claim the smiley.
