The National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) represents the men and women who keep America's flying public safe. NATCA's Charitable Foundation (NCF) was established in 1994, and started our 20th Anniversary Celebration at NATCA's Communicating for Safety (CFS) Event, held at Planet Hollywood March 24-26, 2014. This cache was placed to commemorate that event. Have fun searching!
