Mr. Popo is traditional cache that used to be part of the Dragon Ball series.  .

Is a kind gentle being who is the assissant to Kami-sama.  He only does things for the good of Earth.   

However Mr. Popo has gotten himself lost in a place called Trick Park in Itoman.  If you wish, go to the top of the steps, check out the view.  When you find him, He'll give you a puzzle piece to find a Dragon Ball.
