Follow the directions below to find the cache. If you follow the directions carefully you shouldn't have any trouble finding it.
Please be sure to rehide the cache at least as good as you found it so that it doesn't get muggled!
- This cache is in the Game Lands. Be sure to follow all Game Land rules and regulations, and wear orange during hunting season. Avoid this cache during deer season!!!
- Since this is a letterbox-hybrid there is a stamp and an ink pad in the container. It is NOT swag. Please leave them in the container.
- If you collect letterbox stamps go ahead and stamp your book. The log book is large enough for you to stamp it with your stamp if you have one, but it is not required.
OK, here we go. Follow the directions below and you should end up at the cache
- Begin at the listed coordinates.
- Walk along the trees toward the left. You will see a trail heading into the woods. Follow that trail.
- About 150' after entering the woods you should see a trail to your right. Take that trail.
- After a short walk on that trail you will see a field on your left. Continue straight to the end of the field.
- Go left. The field will be on your left and the woods on your right. (I placed this in the winter, and there was about a foot of snow. I'm not sure what is under the snow, so be careful. If it turns out to be too wet to stay along the field you can walk through the woods near the trail).
- At the end of the field you have to enter the woods. Go about 140' into the woods.
- A short distance to your right you should see a grouping of some pretty good sized pine trees. Turn here and walk through the area of pine trees.
- A short distance past the pine trees is a multi-trunked tree. Look there for what you seek.
