Humble_Note: I have checked the area as best I could and could not locate the container. The municipality seems to have done some work at the location, which may be why it can't be found. At this time, I am not up to replacing the container and/or continuing maintenance of the cache. It's for this reason I have decided to archive the listing. I will swing by the location once more sometime and look around again just in case I missed it, but I don't feel that I am in the best position to be maintaining any caches right now.
