Geocache Description:

Musgrave Park opened to the public in 1924. The park is named after Sir Henry Musgrave, who lived in nearby Drumglass House, and who donated the land to build the park.

A great wee park that I only recently had my first dander around....well it was either that or go shopping down the Boucher Road!  A walk around the perimeter will take you past Musgrave Park Hospital, the heli-pad contained there-in (with the chance of seeing helicopters land), tennis courts, therapy garden, community garden with a "whispering wall" and "see-saw" ramp that the wee people (and some big ones too) will love, sports pitches and a municipal bowling green.

Many walkers, joggers, workers and dawdlers with or without their dogs around so some stealth required. Just take it easy while hundreds of people outside the boundary fence rush about their business.

Cache is a 4" tube covered in the now ubiquitous black gaffer tape, hidden around chest height and contains only a log and pencil.
