This cache is about staying calm in case of a fire - lives could depend on it.
There is plenty of parking on the right side of the building, please use the marked parking spaces and please stay clear of the fire truck driveway.
The coordinates are a little over 60ft off - I had to move this one because it disappeared a couple of times. There is no need to leave the concrete for this cache and should be easy for most. Tweezers might come in handy here. The hint is a spoiler.
