Der Cache liegt in der wunderschönen Gegend nördlich von Stangerode und ist geprägt durch den 300 ha umfassenden Wildpark Nordmann.
Neben Naturrinderrassen wie Highländer, Galloway, Steppenrind und Wisent kann man hier auch die Urgewalt der größten Bisonherde Deutschlands bestaunen und fühlt sich wie im „Wilden Westen“.
Der Wisent steht auf der roten Liste der vom Aussterben bedrohten Tierarten. Man strebt hier ein Projekt an, das unter wissenschaftlicher Begleitung die Auswilderung der Tiere vorbereiten soll.
Außerdem beherbergt der Wildpark einheimische Wildarten wie Rotwild, Damwild, Schwarzwild und Muffelwild. Wer es etwas exotischer mag, findet auch Strauße und Kamele vor.
Alle Tiere werden artgerecht das ganze Jahr in großzügigen Gehegen gehalten. So lassen sich die Tiere beinahe wie in freier Wildbahn beobachten, finden aber gleichzeitig die notwendigen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten
Nun zum Cache:
Parken könnt Ihr auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels Nordmann. Begebt Euch von dort zur Kirche, neben der ein Weg in nördliche Richtung zu den ersten Koordinaten
N 51°39,700‘, E 11°21,209‘ führt. Dort angekommen merkt Ihr Euch als Zahl A, wieviel Buchstaben die Überschrift einer Hinweis- Tafel enthält.
Nun geht es weiter zu N 51° 39.603', E 11° 20.712' und Ihr steht vor einem Anschauungsobjekt, das die Sprungfähigkeiten verschiedener Tiere verdeutlicht. Die Anzahl der Buchstaben des Silbermedaillengewinners ist B.
Der Weg führt Euch nun zu den Koordinaten N 51° 39.718', E 11° 20.576'. Die Summe der km ohne Komma auf der Hinweis- Tafel ist C (z.B. 2,5 km = 25).
Mit den Zahlen A, B und C lassen sich die Cache-Koordinaten berechnen und zwar folgendermaßen:
N 51° 39. (A + B + C + 512)',
E 11° 20. (A - B +C + 431)'

The cache is located in the beautiful surrounding in the north of Stangerode. You will feel like in the wild West while walking along Galloway and highland cattle and the biggest herd of bisons in Germany.
The wisent is on the red list of animals in danger of extinction. Here in Stangerode a project is planned to reintroduce these wisents into the wild. Furthermore the wild park is home of several native animals like red deer, wild boars, and fellow deer. Who likes it more exotic can also find some ostriches and camels. All animals live here all-season in adequate fences with retreating areas and you can have a look like in the wilderness.
Now to the cache:
You can park your car near the hotel Nordmann. Go to the church. Beside the church there is a track to the north, which will bring you to the first station at N 51°39,700‘, E 11°21,209‘. Value A is equal to the number of letters of the head line of the information board.
Go to N 51° 39.603', E 11° 20.712'. Here you will find an object for illustrating the jumping possibilities of different animals. The number of letters of the animal who wins silver is value B.
The track guides you to N 51° 39.718', E 11° 20.576'. Calculate the sum of all values with “km” (skip comma, e.g. 2,5 km = 25) and you have value C.
