The cache is not at the posted coordinates, so don't waste your time looking there. There are many ways to communicate numbers with hand signals. One that surveyors used before the advent of walkie talkies is shown here. The Final Coordinates for this cache is at N CA DB.ABC W FFF DD.EFB. Because UDOT Surveyors used a different set of signals than those used by other organizations, I have added additional information that should help in solving the puzzle.
