Tudor Queens - Elizabeth 1 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

garlandgirl: Unfortunately I don't feel able to maintain this and my other caches in the way I once did. Sadly I have not been able to find anyone willing to take them over even though they're both lovely little north Leeds series.🤕

Elizabeth 1 - The Virgin Queen

After the uncertainties and dangers of childhood under her father Henry VIII and after her mother Anne Boleyn was executed, Elizabeth became a consummate politician and a strong and popular protestant queen.  Born in September 1533, she died in March 1603.  She was crowned queen in January 1559 and ruled England for 45 years during which time her reign became known as The Golden Age.
