Can you earn the
Matching Cardinal Direction Badge?
Travel is fun. I've lived all over the world and in many different states. I got my first cache, a multi in Germany, in 2005. Sadly, as you can see from my profile, I didn't actually create my account until 2007 so I can't log it (don't even remember it's name). Growing up and into my early thirties I had the opportunity to explore the corners of the world on someone else's dime. So this is a cache dedicated to expanding your horizons, seeking out new places and adventures, and finding some awesome new caches along the way.
There are two ways to log this cache:
- Simply have your Northern most cache be the same as your Eastern or Western most cache.
- OR have your Southern most cache be the same as your Eastern or Western most cache.
Here's an example:

See how the Southern Most cache and the Western Most cache are the same?
- IF you match both opposite directions (N+EorW and S+WorE) at the same time.
Here's an example:

It's that easy!
The Fine Print:
- Cache can be found at any time but you can only log it as found online once the challenge is completed.
- Cache can only be found once matching a single cardinal direction and once when both cardinal directions match.
In your log please include the following:
- Simply post a screen shot of your qualifications from geocaching.com's stats page (or GSAK or other statistic keeper). This is necessary so I can verify the challenge has been completed correctly.
- Include the date you found these caches and the type of cache they are.
Happy Super Caching!
