Geocache Description:

Who doesn't love Sudoku?

There’s often a local story attached to cache listings with a nugget of historical information, a little know fact or a tale of dubious credentials.

Not sure which this is but I was told the story years ago that when this roundabout was first built it had a ‘European’ feel to it as the signs sent traffic the wrong way round!

In order to complete this puzzle cache you will need to first visit the co-ordinates given & wander around to gather the answers to the questions below.

These answers must be filled into the relevant lettered squares in the Sudoku puzzle creating an 'easy' task to complete it.

The remaining red symbols are the numbers you will need to reveal the final GZ co-ordinates of

N53 37.!@£  W02 39.$%^

Good Luck!

In no particular order:

1. The latest bus arrivals can be retrieved with this unique text code - convert the letters to numbers using your telephone keypad & enter as ABCDEFGH

2. Count the spikes protecting the CCTV camera from climbers & subtract 1 = I

3. The price for dropping litter outside the Spar is JK

4. LM can be found in the form of a house number for the chinese takeaway

5. If you look around you should notice a sign warning of the height restriction for the railway bridge - use both schools of measurement (but ignore the 1/4 & the 0) for NOPQ (in the order they appear)

6. An easy one this - how many white lines are in the new pedestrian crossing? R

7. 2 of the roundabout approaches have an island with a plastic arrow. These are actually numbered but you only need each 2nd digit in ascending order for ST

8. Something a little less easy to spot is a small sign to indicate an official school crossing with it's own Patrol Point Number (a C number) = UV

9. Finally - Got any problems with the ATM? There's a free phone number to call - just add up the last 4 digits to get WX
