Keeping with the theme for our annual 'HIDES of March' events, we thought we would place a few more caches for the 2014 event.
We hope to make you smile as you earn another 'smilie.'

Apparently Caesar WAS shifty because according to some guy named Suetonius, (I have NO idea who he was) "If he had anything confidential to say in military matters, he wrote it in cipher."
By changing the order of the letters of the alphabet he was able to keep his messages hidden from enemy armies.
It's unknown how effective the Caesar cipher was at the time, but it is likely to have been reasonably secure, in part because most of Caesar's enemies would have been illiterate, and also because others would have assumed that the messages were written in an unknown foreign language.
At any rate I did hide a geocache for you to find. You simply have to figure out the cipher below and you will have the coordinates!
