We thought that this area needed a cache, so we added a quick park and grab. Log only, please bring a pencil. Can also be accessed from a nearby hiking trail.
This cache is named for a variety of large scorpions. We saw a giant hairy scorpion in the street nearby when scoping out this location for our cache. That is the reason for the name, but there is no relationship between the cache and scorpions. You can park at the end of either Beverly or Francisco for a park and grab. If you'd like to take a hike, the Beverly Canyon Trailhead is at the southern end of 46th Street and the cache can be accessed off of one of the trails. Sorry! Not sure of the name.
