NEPAGeocachers is proud to celebrate 7 years going strong with a birthday bash of cachers, friends and family!!! Come celebrate, share stories and even have some breakfast.
In the cold dark days of early spring in 2007 a bright spark of light burst into existence. A young tadpole with just a couple caches under his belt felt the irresistible urge to connect with his fellow cachers and reached out across the forums to make contact. To his surprise, there were lots of cachers out there looking to make contact, too! Within 24 hours the name NEPAG would be spoken for the first time. Within a week a website forum sprang up and within a month of the site prospective members of a new geocaching community would meet for the first time, shake hands and then sit down to meal together to discuss caching in our beautiful northeast. It seems fitting that we should celebrate this wonderful anniversary in a similar manner. We hope to see you there, shake hands and enjoy a meal together once again and share the love of geocaching with a bright light of enthusiasm!
