Geocache Description:

A park & grab cache located in a U-Turn Bay on B.T.U. Road. Easily accessed by north & south bound traffic on the Princes Hwy.

BYO pen.


B.T.U. Road was built to access the Bombing & Torpedo Unit which had been established by the British during World War II at the nearby airfield which is now HMAS Albatross. It provided torpedo bomber training with practice torpedos being dropped on target ships in Jervis Bay.
