This is the second in my Regular Expression Puzzle series. This puzzle was inspired by a component of the 2013 MIT Mystery Hunt, though it's a walk in the park by MIT standards. I've also thrown in a couple of twisty tricks I learned from a local cacher or two. Have fun!
