This area used to be called Sara, before they were annexed by Ridgefield. The building on the north side of the street is now a home, but was the general store for the town of Sara many years ago. Looking north past the house you can probably also see the stair case which led to the Sara school on top of the ridge.
Every time it snows surprised motorists abandon their cars in this intersection. Four way stop with an uphill journey in all four directions. Park in the gravel at GZ, no need to cross the street, probably leave the smaller cachers in the car. This is my first cache placement, let me know what you think!
