Webdogbert is a prolific finder and a respected/feared hider. He found 4500+ caches in his first two years, and is nearing 7000 finds! This cache was once the final of a puzzle cache in webdogbert's honor, but is now just a nice medium in a cool spot. Nike missiles once were under the ground to the west of it. MAD...isn't it?
This cache does not work to fulfill the new Mandate of 2014 to populate the Oxford-Brookville-Connersville-Richmond quadrilateral with quality caches for the world...but only just barely, and if I wasn't such a stickler...I'd say that it would.
